Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes, all our glassware is dishwasher safe. Please see the instructions on our care card included with your purchase, for how to look after your glassware.

Help! My order has arrived broken.

It's of the utmost important to us that your goods arrive safely and in as-new condition. However, we understand glassware can be fragile in transit. Please inspect the condition of your glassware upon receipt. In the unfortunate circumstance you receive an item that is damaged or broken, we ask you to please photograph the broken item and the packaging, as soon as possible. Please email these images, along with your order number, to matt@reviveglassworks.com
We ask you to email:
1. A Clear overall image of the glassware that is broken.
2. Close up of the part that is broken
3. A clear photo of the packaging.

I already have a logo, can you put this on a glass for me?

Yes, please email us the design, and we will be happy to apply this to your favorite glassware style.

What is the minimum order quantity for a personalized glass?

Unlike many other glassware companies, our MOQ is only 1 unit.

Do you offer FREE shipping?
